The NYS Magistrates Annual Conference will be held at the Niagara Falls Convention Center and overnight accommodations are available at the Sheraton Niagara Falls.
Please register for your meals by clicking the passkey link below. Once meals are selected and paid for a link to book your hotel room will be provided with your confirmation. Complete package includes all meals, breaks and dinners.
You will also be able to reserve a hotel stay for Saturday prior to the conference at our negotiated rate.
Select individual meal tickets are also available for any extra guests.

The SMA Nominating Committee seeks qualified members (sitting Town or Village Justices) for these positions. Association members are asked to complete the form, submit a current resume and indicate why the judge would be a suitable candidate for a leadership position in the SMA and return it to:

If attending the full NYSMA Annual Business Meeting on Monday, September 15, 2025
you can file a claim for travel reimbursement of the following:
- 1 night stay at State rate of $110.00 (with hotel receipt)
- A mileage stipend (sliding scale)
0-100 miles = $50.00
101-200 = $75.00
201-300 = $100.00
301-400 = $125.00
401-500 = $150.00
501-600 = $175.00
601-700 = $200.00
701-800 = $225.00
